Sunday Meetings
Everyone is invited to our Sunday meetings. If you wouldn't call yourself a Christian please don't worry, there will be absolutely no pressure put on you to participate. We will always make much of Jesus and be honest with what the Bible has to say and so this could be a great place for you to come and find out what following Jesus is all about. If it’s helpful to you, we would be delighted to have a chat with you before or after the meeting. Simply email info@glasgowgrace.org
What can I Expect?
When you arrive our welcome team will be there to greet you on the door. You can expect our meetings to be relaxed, so whether you’re more comfortable in a trackie or a three-piece-suit, feel free to come as you are. Our meetings are structured to help us to live increasingly meaningful lives, as we pursue love, truth and unity for God’s glory and Glasgow’s good. That would almost always include singing together, teaching from the Bible, opportunities for people to be prayed for and to receive communion.
What About My Kids?
Grace Tots (for 0-3s) and Grace Kids (4-11s) take place each week. We believe that kids are not the warm up and put a lot of emphasis on their discipleship at home and in the church family.
When?
Meeting begins at 10.30am
10am for pre-meeting prayer.
Address:
15-17 Shakespeare Street, G20 8TH.
This is the building formerly used by Ruchill-Kelvinside Parish Church beside the McDonald's and across Maryhill Road from Tesco Extra.
Arriving by car:
The best parking to use is in the Maryhill Tesco Extra (G20 9SH) across the main road from the church building. For those who can, we would encourage you to park at the opposite end of the car park from Texco so we can be as courteous neighbours as possible. If you have any mobility issues we have reserved parking immediately to the back of the building which can be found at the end of Shakespeare Street.
Public Transport:
Maryhill Road is a major bus route through the West of the city and the following buses stop near the building: 60 (60A), 61, 8, 17, X10 (X10A). The nearest train station is Maryhill, which is a mile away and about a 20 minute walk. Alternatively, all travel routes to Byers Road, including the Subway, are also 1 mile from the church building.
